Dr. Gunther Rene Bauer, MD

Dr. Bauer delivered two of my babies, one in 1983, and one in 1995 in Long Beach, Ca. I had the very best experiences giving birth with him as my doctor Itold my other family and he delivered their babies too. I think he is the best!!! Thank you. My son is 37 and my daughter is 25 and doing great!!!

1986, My son was born premature and with lung problems. Dr. Bauer gave amazing prenatal care for my wife. My son was in the NICU for 3 weeks. Rough days. Dr. Bauer visited the NICU and my son's progress everyday he was in the NICU. Today my son is 32 years old and a graduate from Cal Poly Tech. Thank you Dr. Bauer.

In 1983 I frantically called Dr. Gunther Bauer's office in Long Beach, Ca, it was a medical emergency and because another doctor had performed the cesarian, no other doctor would touch me and my doctor thought it was no big deal. Dr. Bauer not only agreed to see me but one glance at the pools of blood on the floor from the dressing room to the gurney and he performed emergency operation right then. I never got took the opportunity to thank him and so I am doing that here and now. Thank you, Dr Bauer, I have never forgotten what you did for me. Whenever the subject of the birth of my son arises, I always mention Dr. Gunther Bauer; the doctor who smiled as he shook my hand, and then literally saved my life.
