Saw her once, that was enough. I waited for three hours to see her for five minutes. She dismissed all of my concerns, didn't let me finish my questions before cutting me off, and told me that even though my blood tests were negative she could still diagnose me with something.

I absolutely love Dr. Basra! She is so sweet and takes her time with me and answers all of my questions...I definitely recommend her!! She’s very smart and experienced!!! Definitely recommend!!!

I saw Dr. Basra today and was very pleased with my appointment. She listened to my complaints and had great bedside manner. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Basra is a very well educated, caring physician. She worked quickly and diligently to find out what was wrong so we could begin treatment. I am very happy to have found her as I am getting better after just a couple of weeks of treatment. She is friendly and has excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing the care of a rheumatologist.

Ordered tests completely unrelated to my illness without telling me. Diagnosed me with something and next visit said she was not sure if I had it or not! I will not waste anymore time nor money on her- will find a REAL Rheumatologist with KNOWLEDGE!

Not understanding of what arthritic patients have to deal with-- pain etc

Only saw her once so far, but had a very good experience. She is very thorough, explains things well, and listens to you and answers your questions which I liked. Will be following up after tests are in.
