He never answers phone calls. Cancel appointments. He does not call to inform you of the results of the exams he orders.

I've been a patient of Dr De La Luz for almost 4 years. He is a wonderful, caring, and highly qualified Dr whom I trust. He always takes time to listen to me and I never feel rushed when at an appointment with him. Megan, his nurse assistant, is also outstanding. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I was recently hospitalized for severe asthma and was seen by Dr. De La Luz. If I could give a 10 stay rating I would. He was so caring and explained everything to me. Will definitely be seeing him in the office.

I wss gasping for air in the waiting room. the staff rushed me into an examining room, gave me oxygen, and got me breathing regularly again! Thanks to Dr. DeLaLuz and all the ladies who helped me that day!
