I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mintz for almost 20 years. Keeps my blood pressure under control and is an all around top shelf guy. Joanne and staff always go above and beyond.

I am an older woman who remembers when doctors came to your house to make sure you were feeling better. They took the time to care as you were their only priority. And that same level of care is what you get with Dr. Mintz and his staff. He is worth the trip - I should know - I drove 5 hours to see him and I am thankful I did. OK so now for some specifics. I called the office to make an appointment after being told that if anyone can help diagnose my problems it would be him. I am not someone who is easily impressed or satisfied so even though he was highly recommended I was still skeptical. I spoke with a woman on the phone Natasha who talked with me for a bit to find out my concerns and then based on our conversation she set up the appointment. She was not only friendly but knowledgeable and prompt with everything she did - no waiting on the phone while she answered other calls which seems to be the norm in other places. On the day of my visit I entered their tastefully… decorated waiting room and was welcomed by her. I filled out a couple of forms and began to wait. Within 5 minutes someone came out to tell me that they were sorry for the wait and that if I wanted to do something in the interim outside the waiting room I could as they would call me when it was my time. I was amazed at this level of concern as usually I feel forgotten in a waiting room with other physicians. Anyway I was seen moments later and had my tests done by a competent technician who was friendly and told me every step of the way what she was doing and why. No second guessing here - she made me feel like I was part of the process and not just a thing on the table. Next I was taken to a room where another technician took some vitals and information. And then it was time for the doctor. Having gotten accustomed to other doctors spending 15 minutes with me I thought I was going to get the same treatment. Not only did he spend a lot of time with me but he had actually read my information I gave him from previous doctors and explained to me what all the pieces of the puzzle mean. He is an amazing diagnostician and a very friendly bedside manner type of doctor. After years of not feeling well and having borderline or worse EKGs I finally was given the answers I needed and am ready for the next step and none of this would have been possible without Dr Mintz and his staff. Dr. Mintz is an excellent doctor. Always takes the time to explain everything from his findings to test results. Answers all questions and you never fell rushed. I needed an angiogram last year and while I was in the office the staff made one call and I had an appointment with Dr.Barry Kaplan another outstanding Doctor. Kudos all around. Highly recommended

Dr. Mintz has a great bedside manner and is a good diagnostician. His office staff is always accomodating and he always takes the time to answer my questions and follow up with me in a timely manner.
