We love Dr. Heindel and his team. My wife highly recommended I see him. Now I too highly recommend Dr. Heindel. I've had some severe allergy issues since moving to the area. I had seen a few Doctors with not much success. This is when I finally went to see Dr. Heindel. Unlike my previous Doctors, he spent the time to figure out my specific issues and is now only treating my issues. I'm happy to say, after four years of misery, I am beyond happy to share I feel "normal" again. I have since referred many friends and they too are singing his praises. We would like to also say we love his team (Terri, Sharenda, Shannon, to name a few).

While Dr. Heindel has a good reputation medically, his non-clinical staff could use MAJOR improvement. My advice: 1) Make sure you ask the costs of procedures* BEFORE they're performed! 2) My bill also had an inflated time he spent with me face-to-face, so note exactly how long he spends with you. *If he looks up your nose, that is considered a "surgical procedure", so beware!

I was concerned about the cost of a visit because I have a lousy HSA insurance plan. I asked how much an appointment costs without insurance and was told about $150. I was later billed near $550. The reason was the doctor touched an endoscope for less than 2 minutes in order to look into my nose. I would have asked if the procedure costs a lot if he didn't just grab it and make it seam as casual as checking my blood pressure.

Amazing doctor with the best bedside manner! Also WONDERFUL with kids. The office wait is sometimes a bit long but well worth it.

Dr. Heindel cares about his patients. I had one of those issues where there isn't really a good test to diagnose the issue, but by ruling out other issues, he narrowed it down, provided treatment that started with vitamin supplements instead of drugs, and only moved to the mildest form of a drug when it was needed. Totally impressed!!!!

I seriously mean that. Not only is this man one of the smartest people I know, he is caring and kind. You don't find that too often in doctors.
