Dr. Hagen Yang, MD

I would not recommend anyone see a doctor who lacks empathy, communication skills, and accountability. I want a doctor who is kind, caring, communicates effective so I don’t have to repeat myself. And a neurologist who admits they messed up and how can we fix this ongoing forward.

Dr. Yang is extremely impatient, abrupt and shows a startling lack of empathy to patients who are struggling with memory issues. I will not be bringing my vulnerable parent back to this horrible doctor again.

This review is beyond overdue. I saw Dr. Yang for several years for migraine treatment (have since been referred to another neurologist for Botox injections as a next step in my headache journey). She was not only a wonderful doctor, always taking all the time needed to talk through any concerns and discuss medications/how my migraines have changed/symptoms have changed, but she took interest in my personal life and always remembered details about my family, kids, job, travel and inquired on annual/semi-annual visits. She is a genuinely wonderful person who cares deeply about the people she treats, and I will continue to recommend her to friends.
