This entire practice is a joke. Says online they have telehelath but when you call they don't want to do online visits 'unless you cant come in ' obviously i wouldn't be asking for an online if i could come in. My first appointment day i showed up and wasn't even on the schedule although I'd made the appointment a week before and confirmed it. The girl who checked me in was surly and rude. The PA acts as if he knows everything and won't listen to patient input. Horrible doctors office. I will be changing Dr's as soon as I can find a dr taking medicaid patients in my area

BAD CLINIC NEVER SEEN IN USA . Dr Bui H?i using the practice student to take notes what patient say and gave him , he never come to check patients . Mr Bui Hai travel a lot, not in the office. So when he send the prescription to pharmacy take long time . I have to call 5 times , but I never received the medicines . Final, I have to change the doctor , and next day I have the medicines for my treatment. To get the High blood pressure medicine so I have to wait 5 days , if I got stroke, what you think ? BUI HAI IS IRRESPONSIBLE DOCTOR

I tried to work with Dr. Hai Bui for over a year. Finally, I had to leave. He is condescending and arrogant. You can't see him until you waste time with a student first, who then consults, and finally Dr. Hai Bui arrives. Does unnecessary random tests: my 23yr old daughter was sick (coughing/fever.) He said allergies and then told her to come back to test her cholesterol! She ended up in urgent care for: Bronchitis. The exam rooms are dirty - especially the floors. I would recommend going to the ER before you see this doctor.

I like him a lot. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor.

Terriffic doctor, but office staff is very hit-or-miss. Some are great, some suck.

Very poor on returning calls to patient/visiting nurse. Gave incorrect Rx instructions after lab work.
