Fabulous first impression (all I’ve had so far is one appointment). Very thorough and literally “hands on” in simple testing of symptoms; immediately instilled great confidence. Dr. Sabet was my neurologist for nearly 10 years while I experienced a painful neurologic disorder that was difficult to diagnose and treat. I saw 2 dozen doctors over the years for this illness, including neurologists at Johns Hopkins, GWU, and Inova. Dr. Sabet was by far the best neurologist. She has a great bedside manner and really shows she cares about her patients. She works hard to research and offer diagnostic testing/treatments to help you- she tries to help you more than other doctors do, in my experience. She was really essential to helping me obtain a diagnosis, understand my diagnosis and receive needed treatments to help me feel better. I wish I could continue seeing her but I relocated to another state.

8 minutes ago-Edit I would give their office a 0 if this system would let me. My husband saw Dr. Sabet for over a year. We followed all her recommendations, paid, never broke an appointment, never complained when taken late, we were never late. Her front desk was always incompetent but we continued. Then her desk called to change my husband's appointment, I said I would call back. Then I got received an voice mail saying he could keep the appointment, to call back to confirm, I did, to be told it had been given away??? I asked to speak with Dr Sabet, she called back and said to keep the original date and time, we did. She saw my husband and at the end of the appointment started to nervously shake and with tears in her eyes dismissed us and asked us never to come back??? Can you spell DYSFUNCTIONAL??? Dr Sabet, I feel very sorry for you. Open your eyes. You are defending staff that need to be fired. Wake up

Not a good experience with this doctor. Her treatment protocol not only did not help me but made me much worse off. I subsequently found another neurologist who did help me. Her staff are so rude and wait time long. I regret ever having step foot in her office.

Dr. Sabet is the most exceptional neurologist I have ever had, and most likely ever will. She improved the quality of my life so much that I have not had a seizure in almost 3 years. And I know that I probably never will, as she correctly diagnosed my problems and was proactive about my care.

I was referred to Dr. Sabet by Dr. Kolski (neuro-opthamologist). When he called for her to consult, she squeezed me in that very day. When I arrived, she greeted me personally, and after the courteous staff took my vitals, she saw me immediately. She was very welcoming and explained my diagnosis in detail and I was left feeling very well cared for. I simply could not have asked for better treatment.

Dr. Sabet is a game changer in my migraines and epilepsy. She is fantastic, always listens, and is up for suggestions. We work together instead of getting ordered (which many doctors do). That being said, if I could bypass her billing and front desk staff that would make it much more of an ease. They are all super nice, however, the turn around is quite often quick, and bless their hearts the staff just does not know what they are doing. The billing department is GOD AWFUL. They have double charged me for appointments and once found out that my insurance did not cover a major procedure, and ended up paying a ton of money for the appointment.They would not listen to me and sent me to collections. Ended up paying for it. Dr. Sabet AWESOME, staff is not that great.

Dr Sabet is cheerful, she listens and actually hears you! Her staff is friendly and helpful. I could not be happier with Dr Sabet and her practice.

I think very highly of Dr. Haideh Sabet. She is patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She listens to your input, considers possible options, explains them in a way that is very understandable to the patient, and works with the patient on the option which they select. When I began seeing her, I was suffering from migraines; there was rarely a day in which did not have pain; and, there were days on which the pain was bad that I was losing consciousness. Now, six years later, I only experience pain a few days each month, and the severity of the pain is greatly reduced. Neurological problems are not a simple fix but, if you give her the time and follow her guidance, Iâ??m convinced she can help anyone.

Dr Haideh Sabet is one of the best doctors I've seen, and I've seen many. She has an exceptional bedside manner, and she always makes it a point to look the patient in the eyes as she smiles with a warm and confident handshake upon greeting and departure. She's respectful of the patient's opinions and experience, and shows real interest and passion in her work. She is creative and will not stop pursuing an accurate diagnosis until it is found. I saw over 20 doctors in attempting to identify inexplicable total body numbness. Dr Sabet was sent from God to manage my care, and take the place of my general family health doctor who didn't care an ounce to seek answers for me. Dr Sabet was willing to send me to the Mayo Clinic, which she is affiliated with, after she sent me to an extensive list of specialists in trying to come to an accurate diagnosis. Ultimately, I found my own diagnosis through online research and a functional medicine doctor, leading to a diagnosis of Chronic Lyme… disease. Dr. Haideh Sabet was respectful and in support of my highly controversial diagnosis, and gave her opinion as to the treatment plan I was following with the integrative functional medicine doctor. Dr Sabet stuck with me for a year and helped me rule out every other possible diagnosis under the sun as she referred me to Johns Hopkins and other specialists. I will be forever grateful that she didn't give up on me, like other doctors did.
