Dr. Haihong Helen Zhao, MD

Shannon the Medical assistant is very unprofessional and argumentative not to mention a smart mouth. Does not listen to what you have to say at all.

I just started seeing Dr Zhao in the last year and all I can say is that she and he PA Shannon are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to and understand. Dr Zhao is very thorough. She talks down notes on everything you tell her and will ask questions on your health to help narrow down your condition. She will spend as much time as needed with you and will actually listen to you, unlike other docs who come in for a minute then leave without saying much or taking any questions. Great bedside manner!!!! Also, Shannon her PA is very curteous and friendly as well. Great pair!

This doctor may know her medical stuff, but for me there has been no such thing as a positive visit. Even when all labs come back normal, she does more tests and exams for problems. Found myself in a depression from this and lost my willpower for healthy lifestyle habits, gained back 10 pounds after 60-pound weight loss.

I have been going to Dr. Zhao over 7 years. She has always taken the time to explain the diagnosis and has always shown interest in my problem. Would highly recommend.

Wished she would explain more things to me and spend more time. Her nurse doesn't seem to be excited to work. Follow up is very slow.
