Dr. Hal C. Danzer, MD

Dr. Danzer and his staff are absolutely fantastic! He is extremely knowledgable, professional, and caring. All his staff, from the front desk to the lab, the ultrasound techs, and the nurses, have been a real pleasure to work with. They have helped me enormously through this difficult process, and I am now pregnant in my second trimester. I had such a positive experience that I actually miss going there!

I spent over a year, and went through four rounds of IVF, with Dr. Danzer and his incredible staff. Dr. Danzer's knowledge and expertise, his unforgettable bedside manner, and his diligent efforts in achieving success are highly commendable. His staff and nurses are experts at handholding themselves. After four rounds of IVF, two of which resulted in chemical pregnancies, we finally--and thanks to Dr. Danzer--got our lucky break. I am about to finish my first trimester of pregnancy with a healthy lil boy. We most certainly went through some tough times as we journeyed through our IVF story, but without Dr. Danzer I may have given up on the entire process a couple of times over. Words fail in thanking Dr. Danzer and the entire SCRC crew. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with infertility issues.

Dr Danzer was the perfect doctor for us and made our IVF journey as smooth as could be possible. He is the full package of everything we were looking for in a doctor: first rate technical capability, surgical precision and a warm and encouraging attitude. During the implantation and retrieval, he was thorough and meticulous and always explained the procedure and the rationale behind what was being done. Despite his busy schedule, he always took the time to patiently answer our questions and discuss our concerns. He is well read on the latest medical research and coached us through the decisions for genetic testing, retrieval and implantation. We felt we could rely on his opinion and trust our care to him 100%. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Danzer and his world class facility to anyone seriously considering IVF treatment. The nursing staff were friendly and attentive to all details, appointments were easy to make, call backs and messages always delivered promptly. The… office was a pleasure to visit for appointments, always well organized and run like a well functioning team of staff that support each other and stay on top of things. I can't say enough good things about our experience and success on the first try with IVF. Thank you to all the staff at SCRC, we are so glad we chose you!

I had Dr. Danzer years ago. He's a very nice doctor, but he failed to catch an ectopic pregnancy I had after my 2nd IVF. They called me and said it was a negative. Bad enough, but days later, I had horrible pain. Went back in, had another U/S, and they still saw nothing. Luckily, they took my blood and the next day told me that I was actually pregnant and that my tube ruptured. I had surgery and lost my left tube. This was after he put me on a trial with Gonal-H. Mistake. I could have died.... and I should have tried to sue for malpractice, but I didn't because I thought he was "nice". Big mistake. Trust your life and your fertility with another doctor in LA. There are plenty.

Dr. Danzer has an excellent bedside manner and is very personable. However, he and his lab are not good for difficult cases.

Dr. Danzer's nursing staff are often insensitive, they rarely return phone calls, repeatedly make mistakes calling in my prescriptions and in general treat me like a number and not a person. I rarely get interaction with Danzer, so I am now looking for a new fertility specialist.

Amazing gifted loving doctor who diagnosed my infertility issues when no other doctor could and now I have twins! He is wonderful.

Dr. Danzer was warm, kind, reassuring and intelligent and his nursing staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt very well taken care of and most importantly, cared about. Dealing with the stress of infertility is hard but these wonderful people helped us through it. Dr. Danzer is one of the best kept "secrets" in L.A with a high profile clientele that he keeps under wraps. Even though we are not one of those high profile patients he made us feel like we were the most important patients that he had and the women who recommended him to us have all voiced the same experience. An infertility doctor doesn't get any better than Dr. Danzer. Our lives have been changed forever in the best way possible. When were ready to have our second baby, we'll be back !!

After many years of infertility treatments including several IVFs..I switched clinics and went to Dr. Danzer after reading countless raves and recognitions of success with women of advanced age. He is over 50% average and the top RE in the USA for advanced age patients.He discovered why I was not getting pregnant immediately and now I am pregnant with two miracles.I truly believe that God works through Dr. D. He is not only brilliant, he is gentle and loving too! His staff is caring and supportive..I can not express how much I appreciate and love this clinic enough!

Dr. Danzer is a brilliant man with a bedside manner like an angel. He stays up to date with the most cutting ege techniques and he has a high rate of success compared to othe rfertility experts. Both highly professional and caring, he is a hard act to follow. He would still be my doctor if I hadn't moved to Texas.
