Very friendly staff , always feel very welcome ! has gotten me threw so many things over the last 5 years ! I just love them!!!

Dr Khosravi has spent time to make sure my wife and I understand my cancer treatment options and what to expect. I am currently receiving bi-weekly infusions. The professionalism and pleasant manner of Ronnie and the rest of the staff make this very easy to tolerate.

My mother was concerned and worried about being able to get her medications and Dr. Khosravi helped my mother to find alternative ways of getting her medication. He was very compassionate and helped removed the worry of getting the medicine, so that my mother could focus on getting better. It reminded me of the doctors from the south which is where we are originally from. It is good to see that we still have doctors that care about their patients.

Dr. Khosravi's stopped my treatments in his office when his office could not manage the payment and billing issues with Tri-Care and HealthNet. After requesting and getting an approved (second) referral, the DAY of my next appointment, his office calls me to tell me NOT to come in due to the billing and payment matter. Tri-Care and HealthNet told me that the patient should not be bothered with this issue and that the payment made to the provider was the one agreed upon by the Dr. Khosravi's office.So why have the patient get a new referral and a week later, the day of my next appointment, call and tell me not to come in. A very UNPROFESSIONAL way of doing business, especially, when patients are trying to stay alive. I hope Tri-Care and HealthNet takes his name and office OFF the list of approved health care providers. This is NO WAY TO TREAT ANYONE...especially, MILITARY VETERANS. During the time of each referral, I should have seen the Doctor at least five (5) times. This NEVER… occurred. Maybe once or twice, never more than this. My wife and I always had to initiate or request the visit with the Doctor. The office and clinic environment was not orderly. Only three (3) comfortable chairs exist. If you are not one of the first three patients for an infusion treatment, you will be sitting in the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE chairs in the office/rooms remaining. Granted, this office may be moving in mid-2012; however, I have been putting up with this for nine months.

We were scared and unsure about husband's prognosis. Dr. Khosrai was honest, caring and took all the time needed to fully explain everything to me and my husband. Just wonderful!

Empathetic to patient and family members. Took the time to explain and answer questions. Made us feel as if he had all the in the world for us. He is available on the phone at all times. Just great.
