Dr. Hannah S Batihk, MD

This is by far the most horrible doctor I have encountered in my whole life (coming from a third world country I think this is huge!) She was in a horrible mood (I overheard her saying this over the phone before she came into the ER room). She did not take even a minute to check my nose, hear what I had to say about my accident or anything. Her diagnosis of course was inaccurate! She affirmed "there is nothing wrong with your nose!", a month later, when I was still in pain another doctor confirmed it was in fact broken and I had to go to surgery right away. I would not even recommend her to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY from this doctor!!! This did not allow me to give her zero stars...

This was the most horrible hospital experience ever. Now I know why the waiting room was empty they are very unprofessional and they do not clean properly there was blood on the floor from the previous patient and the doctor seemed to be uninterested in why I was there or how I was feeling. She was rude and cut me off several times and talked over me instead of listening to anything I had to say. I do not recommend this doctor or University Medical Center to anyone
