It takes 3 months at best to get an appointment. Nobody even pretends to care about anything. I was billed $250 for an office visit that should have been $5 with my insurance. That took 6 months to clear up because nobody was willing to do anything about it. Forget about getting your prescriptions. Ive never been to a Doctors office where its made very clear nobody care about anything. The Doctor is not bad but He cant see you and does NOT care about anything ether. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go to a different Doctor

Even my insurance company mocks him as the Hippocratic oath slayer He evaluates you to see if he accepts you. They snail mail you the paperwork and you mail it back Takes around 2 weeks. No other Doctor does this. What if you have a serious issue? This Doctor really doesn’t realize how offensive this is!

Dr. Launtenbach truly cares about his patients. He puts his whole heart into caring for his patients. Also, very proactive about natural compound hormones and vitamins.

Dr Peter Lautenbach DO is my Physician for over 41/2 years. He is friendly, a great listener and a good body language watcher . he gives great advise. Everybody working for him is knowledgel and courteous. The practice is clean ! I would NOT change office for any reason. I am VERY satisfied. He likes a good laugh !

New patient, but walked out. The most rude and unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered. Never got to see Dr. Lautenbach but I understand he is a good doctor. His front desk staff needs some customer service training, along with some compassion and caring.

Dr. Lautenbach is an excellent dr., however the front office staff is horrendous, and continually records the wrong dosages for medications thus causing the insurance company to deny medication. Front office staff also does not like to return phone calls, and you could potentially end up waiting for up to 3 weeks for some medications, as I have in the past.
