Howard Zhang

Dr Zhang is a great doctor. He discovered I have UC and has been a great help in managing it. He explains everything well. He is very quick to respond. He once discovered a stomach infection and put me on anitbiotics in time for me to make it to my cruise to the Panama Canal. He is very effective and competent doctor who also listens to his patients.

Dr. Zhang is a first-rate, outstanding GI doctor. I have been seeing him for many, many years and thanks to his diligent and excellent care, he successfully brought my UC into long-term remission. As a result, I have been symptom free and in good health now for more than a decade. I still see him for follow up visits annually and surveillance colonoscopies. I travel a significant distance to do so after a medical facility near me closed -- that goes to show how highly I value his medical expertise and professional, friendly bedside manner. He is very friendly and easy to talk to and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. He always calls me with test results as soon as they are available. He keeps close track of the latest research in the GI field which he shares with me as well as the latest and best treatment options. He really cares about his patients. I definitely recommend him.
