Dr. Haresh Yalamanchili, MD

Dr. Yalamanchili at the Belage Center performed a lower facelift and neck lift on me and the results have been absolutely amazing!!! He is an outstanding surgeon whose meticulous attention to detail produced just the results I wanted! I have been seeing Dr. Yalamanchili for many years and through my late 40's and early 50's he was able to keep my face relatively youthful looking by way of ultherapy, sculptra, voluma and laser treatments. But as I approached my late 50's, these options became less effective and my jowling and saggy neck became more pronounced. Since I am basically a happy, active and youthful feeling person, I hated the frowning older appearance my face was taking on. My face no longer portrayed the real me. I knew it was time to go for surgery. When I arrived at the hospital for my surgery I was of course a little nervous, but as I was prepared for surgery I was introduced to my anesthesiologist and the rest of the team besides Dr. Yalamanchili who would be taking care… of me in surgery and I felt like I was in good hands. The next thing I knew, I was waking up and being told that the surgery was over. There was no pain at all and I was just a little groggy from the anesthesia. I spent the night in the hospital and had to remain on my back throughout the night. I never needed any pain medication at all. The next morning, Dr. Yalamanchili removed the dressing from around my face and I couldn't believe what I saw! My jaw line was perfect, jowls were gone, no more saggy neck and not one single bruise!!! Incredible! I went home that morning and really took it easy for the next 5 days. It was a long surgery and therefore it took a little while to regain my strength. But by day 6, I was able to go out to a restaurant looking great! Sutures were well hidden around and behind my ears and since there was never any bruising to speak of, no one even suspected that I had had surgery less than a week before. I would highly recommend Dr. Yalamanchili to perform surgery or to help you with any concerns you have about your face. He is never pushy and always offers options along with their expected results. In addition to being a highly skilled surgeon, he is also just a really nice person. I feel like I can trust him to always give me the best possible results when it comes to my face.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yalamanchili for a few years. Dr. Yalamanchili is an artist, he has a good eye and knows exactly how to make you look soft and natural looking with his meticulous application of Botox. I never have trouble with bruising or bleeding and it is only minimally painful. I am always thrilled with the results!! He's also honest and genuine and really wants you to be happy with your results, he really cares. He is a perfectionist and I respect him and his work. Dr. Yalamanchili graduated from one of the best medical schools in the country(Georgetown) and was talented and driven enough to train at one of the best facial plastic surgery fellowships in the country. His training is quite impressive, but it is also evident that he truly loves what he does, which translates into quality results and an amazing bedside manner. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, risks, benefits, and alternatives. He too is thoughtful and careful in explaining the procedure and what I should expect. I couldn't be more pleased with my results. When you visit the Belage Center there is no pressure to buy treatments or products that you don't need, but very informative when you are seeking information. I always enjoy my visits and know I'm in good hands. I highly recommend this professionally run office!!

I'm so happy with my decision to go with Dr. Yalamanchili at Belage Center. I was indecisive about rhinoplasty and Dr. Yalamanchili suggested liquid rhinoplasty. I decided to go with the liquid rhinoplasty and it has changed my life. I am so happy with the results and there was no downtown and hardly any bruising, the little bruising that was, could barely be noticed without makeup and was an easy coverup with makeup. None of my friends can pin point the change but all have complimented my new look. If you're not sure about rhinoplasty or considering liquid rhinoplasty, definitely go with Dr. Yalamanchili.

First of all, the staff is amazing, they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I don't know about you, but I love to be around happy and sweet people. They greet you with an at home warmth. Now about the doctor... He is so awesome! I think he is a perfectionist and that is a great quality when talking about getting work done on your face. I am more than happy with the work I had done. I've been going to Dr. Yalamanchili at Belage Center for the past 3 years. I could not be more happy with my skin and the services. Recently, I had the CO2 Laser and Ultherapy. It's been over 2 months so I've had time to see the results. My face looks better than in my 20's! It's smoother, the fine lines have disappeared, and sun spots are gone. The Ultherapy lifted my eyes making my face more youthful. I feel so great!

Dr. Yalamanchili is simply amazing. Loves to sit with you and really get to know you. I had a great experience, the front desk girl Medina is so personable and so easy to take to. Michelle was warm and caring she helped me with everything. Couldn't have asked for better office.
