My elderly parents are patients of Dr. Aziz and have been for years. He is very caring and spends time. However whoever answers the phone is very short and rude. One time I called for my mother, and the woman said “Oh, I know (name) “ in a very rude manner. She then proceeded to rush me off the phone. Dr. Aziz is most likely too nice to deal directly with this woman.

Dr. Aziz is a phenomenal provider. However, his receptionist is very rude, unprofessional and unorganized. Seeing as though she is the first thing you see when walking into an office setting i would expect better costumer service. His nurse took over a month to provide me with necessary paperwork i could have gotten at my appointment but insisted on faxing it later that day. Which i then had to turn around and pick up weeks later. His staffing is the reason i am currently looking for a new provider.

Dr. Aziz has been my pcp for over 30 yrs. I have followed him from office to office (he is in his permanent office now) as well as changed insurance coverage to ensure I would be able to keep him as my Dr. He has a wonderful bedside manner and he truly cares about his patients. I wait in his waiting room because I know he is giving all the time to the patient ahead of me that that patient needs as he will do for me. I am never rushed out of his office or made to feel anything but comfortable. He truly exemplifies what it means to be a doctor who honors his Hypocratic Oath.

I have been a patient of Dr. Aziz for over 20 years. He is a warm, delightful man of deep integrity as well as excellent skills. He makes sure he asks enough questions and does the exams and labs to determine diagnoses, and shares the options for treatment, with pros and cons, with the patient, so you work as a team. He is wonderful to work with, and so I trust him implicitly as an excellent healthcare provider.
