Horrible experience. Was charged for the blood test on top of the $400 visit. I was told it was all included. The show of concern was non existent and felt like a big waste of time.

He was very considerate and highly interested in my best interest. I was very please to meet a doctor that is truly interested in the well being of his patients. He took a very good amount of time answering my questions and helping me understand my situation. This is possibly the best experience at a doctor's office that I've ever had. The nurse staff was also very friendly and informative. Wonderful professional office!

Much of what others have written is true. However, although Dr. G may have his back to you, he does listen to you as he is entering your info into his computer. I started seeing him about 15 years ago -- he accurately diagnosed kidney stones which no other doctor had. He has kept on top of my physical and medical conditions ever since with accuracy. At one point he left my insurance plan so I changed doctors. The new doctor's office was terrible so I changed insurance plans and went back to Dr. G. My biggest complaint is his phone system -- with all it's menus. But that's the way things are today.

Very Long wait time at their office and in Dr's room.. Doesn't listen as he is always busy typing and looking at his computer to the point most of my question were unanswered. very bad follow up and zero explanation of my case and symptoms.

Spends quality time, courteous but careless, prescribed wrong dosage THREE times, almost impossible to get through to secretary sometimes, doesn't call back, Doesn't listen to you and then prescribed wrong medication once. Very very careless.

i think he is the best endocrinologyst out there that takes his time on listening to the patients while making sure he has all his notes and information accurate.

Dr. Gruenspan is fabulous. He inspires confidence, spends quality time with me, I feel fortunate to have such a solid Mensch in my camp.

Great doctor if you want to wait an hour for your scheduled appointment and then wait 3 weeks to hear back (after constant nagging) from him.

I have been seeing Dr Gruenspan for almost 15 years and I have recommended him to several people. I have never had a problem with him or his office in any capacity. I have found him right on the target with treating my various health issues and he gets back to me very quickly whenever there is a need. His manner is very quiet and thoughtful but I'm not there to be his best friend; I'm there for his medical treatment.

He's disorganized. Doesn't speak directly to you. Talks with his back to you. Don't know what he's talking about. Short attention span. I had to bring a written list he could read. Takes months to get back to you with results of tests. Never calls. Sends a letter and ask you to refer new patients. I found him insufferable. No matter how sick you feel, He tells you everything is OK. MY AC1 score has gone up dramatically since I started seeing. I'm looking for a new doctor. I don't think he care about HMO patients. Doesn't even submit to be reimbursed from the insurance company. It's like he's treating for free. And that's the way he acts.
