So happy with Dr. Anderson! I can't imagine taking my 5 month old anywhere else

If I could actually talk to a person on the phone instead of the answering machine, that would be great. Dr Anderson is out of the office more than in these days. My son had an ear infection and I desperately needed antibiotics before everyone took off for thanksgiving, but was never even given a call back. Don't waste your time.

We received a referral to Dr. Anderson though a specialist my child was seeing. We couldn't be happier with our decision to take him on as our child's PCP. Our child needed a great deal of extra attention and Dr. Anderson rose to the occasion studying our child's past records *on his own time* before we came in, and making suggestions for treatments we had not yet tried. He was thorough, kind, and took time to educate all of us on current issues and choices. The office staff is exceptional. I do agree with prior reviews in that there is a particular ebb and flow to communication, however, one must simply listen to instructions given by the office staff and follow the instructions closely. They have been nothing but exceptional. I would refer Dr. Anderson and his office to ANYone with a child, adolescent, or young adult.

Though Dr. Anderson is a great doctor, you cannot get through to a live person on the phone, and response time is slow if at all. Though he himself is wonderful with kids, it's not worth it if you are a full-time employed parent because you have to plan around his days off and his staff's sparse schedule to get your child's medications. I got tired of this being an ongoing hassle and point of stress in my life every month, so I moved my child to where there's a dependable staff and consistent schedule for the pickup of written prescriptions. No malice against the doctor, but just a head's-up...I wish someone had warned me in one of these reviews before I wasted so much time and stressed out so much...

I love Dr. Anderson, he is the best doctor I have ever taken my kids too. He has a great staff and he get the job done. I just hope he doesn't retire before my kids are grown!
