Dr Kram over utilizes diagnostic equipment to make a lot of money. He ran a $500 ultrasound on me without even consulting me first. I wanted to consult with him for a spider vein on my leg and instead I got stuck with a $500 bill for a test that was completely unnecessary.

Closed my bile duct during a cholecystectomy. Ended up in the hospital for two weeks, and three months with a percutaneous bile drain. My concerns immediately after the surgery were brushed off until I became jaundiced.

If you want to save yourself hours and hours waiting to see doctor then never come here! I had appointed at 9 and waited till 2:30 pm! When I finally get to see the doctor he told me to move to Arizona if I have problem with poor circulation because Is warmer then California!!!!! The worst experience ever!!!!! I left office in tears and without answers!!!!!

Dr, Kram is a good doctor. the waiting for a surgery or the first time you go is a little long, but if you like his work, then it's all worth it.

A few years ago I had an infection so bad after having plastic surgery in Mexico. I came to Dr. Kram for help...I was dying. He saved my life.

The office staff was totally indifferent to the overcroweded standing room only reception area and the 2.5 hour wait I and others experienced.The only form of acceptable payment for the insuranceco-pay is cash or a check. Unortunately, the doctor's competentence and compassion is overshadowed by his unprofessional, arrogant staff.

A Dr. who is concerned about your health, and not how much money you have in your pocket. The staff is excellent and caring, I wish we had more people like Dr. Kram and his staff. I would recommend him to family members and friends. Thank "GOD" for Dr. Kram, may God bless you and your family.
