Dr. Lebowitz is A+++++++++ (1,000 stars) Words cannot express how precious I consider my sense of sight. As a retired professional photographer & graphic designer, being able to still see clearly & comfortably at 76 is a blessing. Yesterday, Dr. Lebowitz performed my first eye cataract surgery (right eye). Yesterday before surgery, I called the right eye “my weak eye.” I had to close it often in normal daylight. Today, it is now my better, stronger eye. YAY!!!! Today I can read clearly, see the vibrance of colors way better (the sky is BLUE!!!), feel no discomfort, have no anxiety and am relaxed & thrilled. Today I went for the one-day post-operative checkup and could not wait to get home and write this review! I tend to worry and be nervous about any medical procedure. Nevertheless, Dr. Lebowitz inspired my trust at our first meeting. He is friendly, caring, patient, kind, expert, and respectful. His staff is wonderful, and it is clear they share his philosophy of excellence in… patient care. Dr. Lebowitz called me the day before the surgery and again later in the day after I went home from the surgery. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Makes me happy just to think about it! I trust him completely and enthusiastically recommend him.

Dr. Liebowitz has been my doctor since my initial eye exam. He has been monitoring my glaucoma and early stage macular degeneration, along with my cataracts. This past month I had my two cataracts removed, and an intraocular lens put in each eye. The results are amazing; my vision is almost 20/20, and now I only need glasses for reading. Dr. Lebowitz guided me through the surgeries, and made me feel confident and supported. He called me before and after each surgery to see how I was doing, and asked if I had any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Lebowitz; he is knowledgeable, skilled , and compassionate.

Dr. Lebowitz is truly amazing and am so happy that I found him! I recently had my cataracts removed from both of my eyes and a Toric implant put in one of my eyes. I was extremely nervous in having the surgery, even though I already knew I was in the hands of a highly skilled doctor that is top in his field. Dr. Lebowitz is a very competent and efficient surgeon. He far exceeded my expectations and I can now see better than I have in my entire 74 years of life. I can read the bottom line of the eye chart with no glasses. I can't say enough about him and his staff. Two thumbs up!

Dr. Lebowitz is a compassionate and highly skilled doctor. He removed cataracts in both eyes and the experience was outstanding in every respect. He called me the night before each surgery, which I found reassuring. And he called me during the evening after each surgery to ask how I was doing. The surgery was absolutely painless and so was my recovery--no pain or discomfort of any sort. The results are utterly amazing! As someone who used to be very near-sighted, I now have extraordinary distance vision without needing eyeglasses. In addition, everything is clearer and brighter than it used to be. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The entire process was very well organized, with clear written instructions relating to preparation for the procedures, care instructions, and follow-up appointments. My experience in having cataracts removed from both eyes was stress free. I found the office staff at the surgery center efficient and caring, as well as at the main office. Dr. Lebowitz was definitely caring and made sure with phone calls that I was doing well. I really appreciated the attention. The surgery itself was painless and the directions were very easy to follow.
