I waited over FOUR hours to complete a colonoscopy. The nurses stated Dr. Ou was stuck in traffic. Dr. Ou stated he was late due to a prior patient. The nurses spoke Asain language amoung themselves, which was very rude. Dr. Ou never apologized for being late. As I was to start the procedure, Dr. Ou sarcastically asked me if I wanted to complete procedure. Dr. Ou and his staff were very unprofessional.

Dr Ou did surgery on me and I had a follow-up today and it was very good..

He recently performed emergency surgery on me. He was on time, to the point and competent. He has a great reputation at the hospital and holds the respect of his staff. Thursday I'll make my first visit to the office and will rate again.

I wish I don't have to keep coming back where I think he can just do it or tell me what's the deal? And do whatever it needs to be done the same day - if he wants to. I don't always have a ride to come to his office, and it just made me more worried why I kept coming back with no results.
