I adore this doctor, as he is the finest skin doctor there is. He is a caring doctor, and makes you feel so good every visit. He is funny and has an incredible bed side manor, and I would never go to anyone else as he is the most knowledgable in his field!

Keeps you waiting in lobby for over half an hour. Then they put in this little little where wait longer. Use him if you have the time In the world. Your on his time schedule, Plus he charges a fortune

if you want an exceptional Dr, . Harry Saperstein is the one. Expect over bookings, long waits and a not too friendly staff, especially if you are a bit grumpy to them. If he likes you its a 15-20 minute visit, if he tolerates you its 5 to10 minutes. Try for a 7am visit. its about a 10 minute wait that way. Wife, Daughter are fans also

He has treated my family and me for several years. A knowledgeable and very funny, kind man. While sometimes the wait can be a bit long, never have I waited more than half an hour. There is a reason for the wait, he's the best Dr. in town. Well worth the wait!

Dr Saperstein is very bright and knowledable. Typical wait time with an appointment is 1 1/2 hours - every time! His staff is simply rude and unhelpful. Per the dr's request, I called with a severe medical issue (MRSA) 3 times and tried to speak to the doctor - one of the nurses aid that he was telling the doctor. Zero response. On our next scheduled appointment, I asked the doctore about this. He looked in the chart and there was nothing noted and he said that no one had told him I called. He was visibly upset and reprimanded the nurse. 3 months later, the same nurse called my pharmacist and cancelled a prescription. No notice to me, no phone call, Completely unprofessional. Unless you are desparate, find another doctor. This doctor and his staff are way too big for their britches!
