For us everything was going wrong here, including wait time to wrongly charging to insurance to diagnosis accuracy and lot more. They are lacking with patients but still you will endup in waiting for 30 minutes, can't they see that parking lot has only 3 cars, 1 from me, probably other two from nurse and doctor. I am believing nurse is calling doctor at home so that she can come and visit her clinic. One time I found my insurance was charged even there was no doctor visit, I already mentioned to my insurance and they might have worked with them to negotiate issue. Most important is Diagnosis, it was triggering point for us to stop going to this place. At home my child's weight was 12 LB even +/- 1 margin but at their clinic he was weighing 7.2 LB and that has happened 2 times and after that we find something odd at their place. We stopped going after that.

Dr Patel seemed to be a pleasant doctor but after working with her she discriminated each the famly after seeing the patient. She has a really nice practice but tends to be very tight on budget, meanning she did not have a time clock and my paycheck was never right. If this issue was addressed to her answer would be "if you don't like it, then leave". She did not value her employees and always looked down at people. She felt she was superior to everyone else. I brought in my kids several time and wondered if she ever discriminated us.

When we moved to Nashville, I despaired of ever finding a Doctor as wonderful as the children's old pediatrician. I was thrilleed to encounter Dr. Patel! She is so present at our appointments. She makes the kids feel very at ease. I have a friend that is possibly the fussiest mother on the planet, so when she asked me for the name of my children's doctor, I was very hesitant to give her Dr. Patel's name. However, after one visit my friend announced that she LOVED the new doctor and would not be taking her son anywhere else.
