Excellent diagnostician, strong insights into appropriate medications and very knowledgeable cognitive behavioral therapist as well.

was late for his appointment, did not apologize. then rushed us out for his next appointment. However, he was on the mark very perceptive and excellent questioning and listening

Very long wait time. He actually answered his phone during therapy session! He may know his meds, but look elsewhere for therapy

Dr. Kranzler is extremely proficient because of his years of experience and high intelligence. He is diligent about following up if/when there is a problem or crisis. Additionally, he understands the Orthodox Jewish community well ("speaks their language"). My experience with him has been extremely positive.

Very cold, socially awkward, disrespectful, & quick to prescribe powerful drugs that might damage kids & adults alike. His religious views adulterate his whole approach to psychiatry. There are a lot of great doctors out there. Stay away from this guy.
