An excellent doctor with incredible knowledge and bedside manner. All of my sinus problems have gone away because of his increidble surgery.

Dr. Paley is an amazing doctor and would 100% recommend him! He’s very knowledgeable and caring.

I would not call this Doctor a Doctor because Doctors have moral conducts and operate under a strict code of ethics, so I will just refer to him as the GUY. This guy likes to sell surgeries as bundles to the patients just like the cable company who bundles their services and sell them to consumers since that way they can maximize their profit. I have had the worst experience of my life and the worst surgery ever that was performed by this guy. I have been suffering with pain and anguish in every breath that I take ever since the surgery had taken place. My quality of life had been basically ruined. Through his deceptive and manipulative ways he convinced me that i needed to have those surgeries done; However, I was left with permanent damage and painful complications! I would describe this guy's mind set is like if a person approached him that has ulcer on his or her tongue, then this guy would immediately recommend to have his or her tongue be cut off. That is how this guy's mind… set is like because he is just looking for how much $$$ can get out of it by making the surgery as aggressive as possible even if it was not required without any sympathy or regrets to the patient. Nonetheless, I also discovered for a fact that he bills the insurance companies for procedures that he actually never performed on a patient. I would not be surprised if he becomes the star of an upcoming episode of the investigative TV show AMERICAN GREED fairly soon!

Having undergone a surgery with this doctor that injured my vagus nerve that made my life a living nightmare. I totally regret having him operate on me!

Had sinus survey and was a complete failure. I complained after the surgery and Dr. Paley kept telling me I had allergies. Five months later, I have a nasty case of MRSA. Good work, stay away from this guy

I wish if I had seen these posts on here before going to Dr. Harvey Paley. He convinced me that I needed to do sinu-clear surgery from my first visit without looking inside my nose or even seeing a CT scan. I was naive and did not know much about nose or nasal surgeries so he convinced me that I needed to do it since it will make things all better for me. He is a good sales man and he will make you believe he is the best surgeon in the world! After going through the surgery I am now suffering from horrific and severe complications. I wish if I had never went to this Dr. After seeing the extent of damage that this Dr had done to my nose, is just like if you give a chainsaw to a maniac with poor vision cutting left and right without precision or care. Now, I have permanent damage and have to live the rest of my life with severe and horrific life threatening complications as a result of the surgery. This is a one million dollar advice, please seek several doctors opinions and advice prior… to doing any surgery. I was naive and Dr. Harvey Paley took advantage of me and now I have to live with this horrible surgery and the permanent damage for the rest of my life!

Dr. Paley is a G_D send. I was scheduled for surgery with another doctor when a close friend insisted I get a second opinion from Dr. Paley. My friend had had 2 unsuccessful sinus surgeries before finding Dr. Paley who cured his problems once and for all. I saw Dr. P and decided upon the Sinu-Clear procedure as it is a laser procedure with high success rates, minimal bleeding, no packing, and very little pain. My surgery was more difficult than I thought it would be as I had a large mucous cyst(mucocele) in my frontal sinus that had to be removed, as well at a turbinectomy and septoplasty. Fortunately, because of Dr. P, all went well and he was able to remove the mucous mass(plum sized)through a duct without breaking it up(quite a feat, apparently)avoiding fluid escaping into my brain and causing possible meningitis, etc. I have had very little pain...hardly any at all...and extraordinary attention from Dr. P. He is kind, caring, explanatory, and a consummate pro in his field. My good… friend and I agree that Dr. Paley is "The Man" when it comes to all things 'sinus!" Thank you Dr. Paley for helping me to health.

I've been a patient of Dr. Paley's for over 30 years. I had sinus previously with another doctor and the post surgery experience was awful...packing, etc. Dr. Paley did sinus surgery on me several years later and it was amazing! No packing, very little pain, and I was out and about the next day! It's been 20 years since that surgery and I am still breathing easily! I am loyal to Dr. Paley and refer him to everyone!

I did not like this doctor. He tried to sell me on a procedure to cure my sinuses and I have been miserable,worst than before. I went back to see him and he did not seem to care or fix the problem. He spend little time with me and seemed to be in a hurry. It was expensive and a real waste of time and money. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this doctor!!
