Dr. Rosenblum performed surgery for me with very good result

My visit to Rosenblum Eye Center at 326 Graham Ave in Brooklyn was a very good experience. I am grateful to my dear friend, well respected nurse from Greenpoint, Ewa Hatak, for her recommendation. It is true, Dr Harvey Rosenblum is professional, knowledgeable and has the best personality. His office staff is also exceptional. I would recommend Him highly.

I accompanied my Mother to her visit with Dr. Rosenblum . She waited 1.5 hours before seeing the Optometrist, who measured her eyes and put drops in to dilate in advance of the Dr.'s appearance. She waited an additional 2 hours before being left in another examination room, totaling FOUR HOURS! She would have waited longer but she and I complained and one of the Medical staff intervened. The receptionists were too busy taking personal phone calls, taking breaks, getting coffee, etc.. I visited Dr. Rosenblum 7 years ago and waited 5.5 hours, never to return. My Mother has been faithful because she had not experience more than 2 hours (!). This is unacceptable!!!

My son is quite colorblind. He was diagnosed by this office in a very professional and caring way. They made my son feel comfortable while explaining to me some of the challenges he might face. We were both nervous, but the doctors at Rosenblum Eye Centers were caring and sensitive to our situation. The staff was friendly and the office was clean and neat.

This was the worst office experience I have ever had. Office staff was busy on personal calls. They took a co-payment that was not correct. I was left in an exam room for over an hour with no explanation and although the door was open, no one even looked in. I got ready to walk out and he mysteriously appeared, making light of it. I complained ; no one seemed to care. . There are too many drs. in NYC to have to put up with this ,

Dr. Rosenblum was a tremendous help for me in guiding me through my eye problems. He exhibited a great deal of expertise and mostly, concern.

Dr Rosenblum said I was the perfect candidate for lasik when I was not. Because I listened to his recommendation I got lasik and my dry eye got significantly worst and I have night halos. He knew I already had dry eye to begin with and large pupuls to cause halos and never said anything. I have to wait in the waiting area 1-2 hours sometimes and he NEVER remembers who I am and recommends things that he actually already gave me but forgot. Please see multiple doctors before moving forward with 1 to get lasik.
