This place is everything you always want in medical support. Friendly staff and knowledgeable nurse practitioners. The old cardiologist (a good sign! I want people who have healthy hearts and have lived a long time) walking around shaking hands and checking in. They have a meditation room a weight room a trainer specialist lots of testing machines and just a friendly non-pressure supportive wonderful environment.

What a wonderful place! I'm not going to call it a facility because it has such a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. White is such a personable doctor. From the promotion of improved lifestyle through exercise, diet and stress management to the medical testing and advice this is the future of medicine. Thank you so much Vessel Health for what you do and how you do it!

Super friendly doctor who genuinely approaches the issue from the root up. He actually WANTS you to get better instead of stay sick until you die someday. It's nice to see a health care place that cares about health. What a concept! If only they were all like this. Great staff and a wide offering of ways to recover. I'm thankful for this place beyond belief.

Dr White and the nurse practitioners are great. The front staff, particularly Kaley is extremely unprofessional. She has laughed at my husband on the phone, does not send the referrals she should, and when waiting in the office she acted like she was a child(taking her shoes off and on, talking so much to her coworker who was trying to work, talking to us like she knows anything about the medical field. For such a nice office makes me wonder why the dr keeps her, your front office is a reflection of your practice and I will not recommend them due to this individual and how unprofessional and tacky she is. Very disappointed because my husband is in bad shape and all she could do was put the phone down and laugh then come back on the phone like he didn’t hear it. Maybe she wanted him to, which would go along with her childish behavior.

Initially, Dr. White seemed very thorough in his analysis. However, after the results came back from the Echocardiogram, his nurse practitioner relayed the diagnosis, told me they wanted to see me back in five weeks, and sent me on my way. I left their office feeling very confused, a bit scared, and full of questions that nobody had time to answer. I am not a physician nor am I familiar with anything concerning the human heart. Please communicate with me so that I am able to comprehend the situation- don't just assume I "get it."
