Look no further for a great dermatologist! This office does not have 10 doctors with 20 people in the waiting room. You may be the only one. He got me in and out very quickly and did a great job of explaining everything to me. His staff is the best as well! Look no further.!! A+ A+

Excellent physician!

This doctor did absolutely nothing for me. He just basically said my spots looked good and then walked out of the room. He did not even ask me the reason for my visit. After I paid an exorbitant copay he had the nerve to send me a bill. I definitely would not recommend this doctor.

Love Dr. Franks and the time he takes with patients. Wonderful doctor that is very knowledgeable.

I have been suffering with blisters on my feet and palms for over 3 months. My medical Dr. ordered a consult with a dermatologist. However, all the appts. were weeks away so I gave up and suffered. I became so uncomfortable I made the call to Dr. Franks office. I am so thankful that the staff I spoke with was kind but astonished when she set my appt for the next day. Dr Franks was pleasant, kind but more importantly knowledgeable. He took one look at my hands and feet, diagnosed the problem and ordered meds. I left the office crying happy tears. I am a retired RN. I'm well aware things don't usually go so well. I would recommend him to family and friends. Thanks again to Dr. and staff for everything.

Dr. Franks is very courteous, punctual, answered my questions. That's what I need in a doctor.

Dr Franks took on my five year old son to treat and after spending all of about 20 minutes total over the course of 4 appointments with him, told us to take him elesewhere when our son got upset while having acid applied to his body. Why take on a pediatric case if you don't want the possibility of a child crying and getting upset in your office sir? His nurse was the only one who took any time with our child and treated him like a person and not just a number or dollar sign.
