Dr. Haynes is the best! The move to NOMS was filled with speedbumps, but I continued to receive excellent care from my favorite physician (once, I got past rude registration personnel). Now I get a letter saying she has left... where are you Dr. Haynes?!?

I loved Dr. Haynes and swore she would be my doctor until i died. Her office was like visiting family and it was effortless to see her and her staff who were always wonderful. Now she moved to a NOMS medical center and the service is terrible. Billing and payments problems, appointment scheduling problems, and being treated like a stranger has me looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Haynes is very thorough and an excellent doctor. If you suffer from white coat syndrome she is the doctor for you with her relaxed and reassuring bedside manner. She diagnosed and treated a minor medical problem I had for several years, that 2 previous doctors mis-diagnosed. The only complaint is occasional long waits 30 mins or more.

My daughter was skittish about going to the doctor. When ever our previous doctor would try to look into her ears she'd pull away. Dr. Heather said "I'm going to look into your ears for butterflies" and my daughter thought "ok" and let her. She's great with kids.
