I live in Montana and she lives in Cleveland. My provider hooked me up for a visit with her. It was like talking to an old friend. Very wise and knows her stuff yet great bedside (telephoneside) manners. Wish she worked closer, I would make her my primary.

Dr. Heidi A Morris was so kind and helpful. I have been struggling with migraines, and she was very pleasant!

Dr. Morris really listens to her patients and wants to help them. She takes time with you and doesn't rush.

I was a patient of Dr Morris for years when she was at Metro. Dr. Morris taught me a lot about being a patient. This is my body and I should know it. If something is not right who knows better than me. Thank you so much. Sure do miss you.

I loved dr morris! She was the only doctor that knew exactly what was wrong with me. She actually sat next to me and talked to me as a family member would. Explained everything in terms I understood! I didn't feel like a patient number or pay check. I recommend her to everyone! The reason you have a little wait time with her is only because she gives every patient the time they deserve! I look forward to going to the doctor now!

It is a travisty! The milking of insurance, one opinion, not addressing the problem or complaint! I can no longer deal with her no call backs & no appointment openings when she knows you are suffering. You are told to be patient even when she forgets about you!
