I saw Dr Seifert over a year ago for severe pain in 2 locations... My neck and lower back... I have had absolutely no pain in those areas in over a year... You will never find a more professional, caring and thorough doctor anywhere... I made the the trip to see her from Idaho and would do it again in a heartbeat... Jerry Bonnell

Patient patient treatment along with her encyclopedic knowledge gives one confidence in her ability to positively treat patients. She is nice, too.

Heidi Seifert is unparalleled in her ability to reach, understand and treat the pain appropriately. Equally important is he genuineness when treating her patients. She ha significantly changed my life and greatly lowered my overall pain level to a manageable amount.

Went to Dr Seifert for several years. She never really helped. Kept wanting to do procedures that made money for her but did not help me. Had to wait a very long time for my appointment. Staff turnover was appalling. New people almost every month. Some didn’t know what they were doing.

I was kept waiting 3 hours for appointment she initiated. Finally walked out after watching patient after patient (who arrived after me being seen and leaving) and then being told she was going to do a scheduled procedure before getting to me even after 3 hours. No apologies even after writing her a letter. Surely there are other providers who have more respect for their patients' time. Will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am very uncomfortable needing a MD and getting a nurse?? that pretends to "CONSULT "with the MD and then gives herself away by stating "that she had to look up my disease". TERRIBLE reflection on the practice and worst impression of MD. She is not a MD I would ever recommend since I did NOT EVEN see her!! That is not the way to treat a new patient! There was one staff member that appeared to know their job .

She really takes the time to listen and helped me with my pain. So glad I found Dr. Seifert.

I have gone to Dr. Seifert for several years and she and her office have progressively gotten worse and the last procedure left me with more pain than I went in with. Look at her website, the PA she lists left years ago. I would never go back or recommend her. After things went south I looked at her records on Texas Board of Medical Examiners and she had been on probation last year. Beware! She was good in the beginning but something happened.

Accused Patient of something they didn't do. Thinks can charge patient for not showing up but not willing to reciprocate if fails to show. Lied said would give patient a list of possible other Doctors.

RUN AWAY

Extremely courteous staff. especially the PA. Dr Siefert very caring. Does well managing pain while balancing need for meds without over medicating.

I was visiting Houston from California for an extended stay. I have a pain pump, a device surgically installed inside my body. Theses pumps need refills and other maintenance. Dr. Seifert was kindly and compassionately took me as a patient in a "midstream" situation, making it possible to stay in Houston through a good friend's illness and recovery. She was a very skilled physician and she and her staff were very thoughtful and did all they could to make visits to the office very positive experiences.

Excellent Pain mangagement physician. She is always pleasant an seem to be genuinely interested in managing your pain. Spends a lot of time and makes spot on diagnosis. I went to another PM doctor before her and everytime I got a treatment I was in more pain after than before.

very poor under staff no concern of patients waiting time. doctor booked in hospital for procedures regardless if covered by insurance or not expecting you to pay bill. stating it was a over site but she would pay but never does. never gives right amount of medication for pain regardless of pain. rescheduling problems. over all very bad pain management

never saw her, got put in a room and one hour later I asked where the doctor was told she had another patient , that would be another hour, so we left.

I don't like walking into a dr's office where no one greets you or even says hello. The service here is lacking as well since they removed the lady up front. Hope you don't have high blood pressure because their BP cuffs are so worn out they have to hold them with their hand to get a reading. Agree with the gentleman, think the doc tends to not listen when the patient has a valid question or concern. Wasn't always this way, used to be managed better. Mostly been going negative over the last couple of years.

Dr. Seifert takes care of both myself and wife. We appreciate that she makes time to see us and spends time with us . We have recieved excellent treatment for back and other chronic issues
