I saw Dr Seifert over a year ago for severe pain in 2 locations... My neck and lower back... I have had absolutely no pain in those areas in over a year... Heidi Seifert is unparalleled in her ability to reach, understand and treat the pain appropriately. Equally important is he genuineness when treating her patients. She ha significantly changed my life and greatly lowered my overall pain level to a manageable amount.

Went to Dr Seifert for several years. She never really helped. Kept wanting to do procedures that made money for her but did not help me. Had to wait a very long time for my appointment. Staff turnover was appalling. New people almost every month. Some didn’t know what they were doing.

I was kept waiting 3 hours for appointment she initiated. Finally walked out after watching patient after patient (who arrived after me being seen and leaving) and then being told she was going to do a scheduled procedure before getting to me even after 3 hours. No apologies even after writing her a letter. Surely there are other providers who have more respect for their patients' time. Will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am very uncomfortable needing a MD and getting a nurse?? that pretends to "CONSULT "with the MD and then gives herself away by stating "that she had to look up my disease". TERRIBLE reflection on the practice and worst impression of MD. She is not a MD I would ever recommend since I did NOT EVEN see her!! That is not the way to treat a new patient! There was one staff member that appeared to know their job .

She really takes the time to listen and helped me with my pain. So glad I found Dr. Seifert.

I have gone to Dr. Seifert for several years and she and her office have progressively gotten worse and the last procedure left me with more pain than I went in with. Look at her website, the PA she lists left years ago. I would never go back or recommend her. After things went south I looked at her records on Texas Board of Medical Examiners and she had been on probation last year. Beware! She was good in the beginning but something happened.
