Dr. Helen A Borgenheimer, MD

The wait is long but she takes the same time with you. She is caring and listens to you. Her nurse on the other hand is cold and treats you like your a waste of her time.

I go to appointments with my Mother and Dr. Borgenheimer does a terrific job with her care! She is always kind and caring when speaking with my Mom about her health issues. My Mom can't hear well and she makes sure she understands any new instructions before leaving the room.

I have severe COPD and diabetes, and I live alone. Dr. Borgenheimer always goes above and beyond to care for me, and helps me manage all my diseases and medications. She takes time to answer my questions and makes me feel cared about. She is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Borgenheimer is a wonderful, knowledgeable physician. She really listens to me and never rushes me. I have several complicated health issues, and she never cuts corners with my care. I wish I would have started seeing her sooner.

She use to be awesome Dr till IU took over..Her nurse has personality of a rock an treats everyone like their drug addicts..Sad i had surgery last week an begged her so called nurse Peggy for appt nurses reply "were booked solid" i don't see how they have any patients left cause i had to go to ER to find out why i hurt so bad, Im finding a Dr that doesn't let her nurse play Dr with the patients..the so called nurse needs to be turned into nursing board for gross neglect of patients health..i couldn't be more disgusted with the sad state that office has become..unreal.

This doctor was amazing. She might run a little behind schedule but that is because she spends so much time with each patient. She really listens to me and never makes me feel rushed or stupid. She goes above and beyond other physicians and makes going to the doctor much less of a chore.

Patient found Dr Borgenheimer distant, ill-focused, profoundly tardy, rude, crude, blasphemously dismissive to patient's struggle to hear, and, needless to add, amateurishly inept and arrogant. No way would this physician merit a positive evaluation. Finally, her sexual advances were uninvited and refused.

She has been very helpful every time I have gone to her office, but she is always behind in her schedule.

had an appointment when they first opened on tuesday, I waited an hour and 1/2 before being called. then after waiting another 20 minutes. She comes in for only like 3 minutes. Ill be changing doctors

waited over an hour for like a 2 minute visit.
