Dr. Helen Y Kang

Dr Kang left this practice almost a year ago and I sorely miss her. Does anyone know where she is practicing now? She told us that she would resurface at the end of 2019 but I cannot find her anywhere. She was going to join a new practice that would let her treat her patients like she wanted to. The old practice wanted to limit her patient time. Any help would be appreciated.

I love Dr. Kang. She doesn't let you leave your appointment until you understand your diagnoses. She is always understanding and pleasant. Not that I want a Drs. appointment, but when it is for Dr. Kang I make an exception.

If she were available as such I would have her be my doctor for everything.

Amazing Doctor

Dr. Kang is the only reason I have an endocrinologist. God knows where I would be health wise without her honest, compassionate and patient understanding. Never pushy, but firm in her explanation for reason of treatment. Amazing Dr. Amazing human being. I absolutely love this Dr!

Dr. Kang is the most amazing Dr. I have ever visited. She really listened to me and made me feel comfortable from the start. She took the time to explain what course she wanted to take with me and exactly why. She explained the tests she wanted to run and what they would explain. Before I left she gave me a hug and made me feel so much better then I did when I walked through her door.

I have been going to Dr. Kang for quite a few years. She is kind, compassionate and really listens to your concerns. You truly feel that someone has your best (health) interests at heart when Dr. Kang is your doctor.

Have been seeing Dr. Kang regularly for several years. She excels in communication, compassion and competence and she could probably teach some others about listening skills. She is giving of her time and never makes you feel rushed. Dr. Kang is also great at helping her patients navigate through the insurance and medicare maze

This clinic was not even able to get me in for three months for an initial visit despite being a type one diabetic of 35 years, having Hashimoto’s disease, and becoming pregnant. I have serious concerns with this. If this is a clinic that really cared about patient outcome they probably would’ve worked to get me in sooner. Do not call this position for an appointment if you are a new patient.

Dr.kang is by far one of the best doctors I have ever had in any medical field. She spends the time to talk with you about the labs, explain them and give you feed back on what would help. Being a doctor that deals with diabetes and thyroid issues like I have, she never gave me that long "fat" speech about how it's all because of my weight. She makes her points clear and doesn't sugar coat things but means it from a place of caring for her patients. Some of the front desk ladies have not been the friendliest but if you get names and tell her what happened she will take care of the issue.
