Just search for "live session" and/or "Helen" on the page listing podcast episodes at feelinggood.com Lastly, Helen does mainly use cognitive-behavioral therapy, specifically TEAM-CBT, but she does use other methods as well, like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Dr. Yeni-Komshian is, in my experience, an excellent therapist. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and without using medications, she led me to a quick and successful resolution of a bad chronic anxiety disorder. She is expert at CBT, and she did a great job teaching me how to use CBT to unravel anxiety. She is smart, intuitive, insightful, and caring. I am deeply grateful to her.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Yeni-Komshian. For two major reasons. You must understand she is a strict behavior psychiatrist. You will have to fill out forms about how you are feeling before you start a session and then the same form after you end the session. I spent 20 out 50 min session on this and didn't ever get to talk about why I was depressed. For $350. She put me on a drug that caused significant weight gain and sexual side effects and basically torpedoed my marriage.
