Originally from Sweden, I have lived in California for 35 years and completed my doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1998. I have been in private practice for over 27 years and have trained in various modalities over the years.
I currently practice an eclectic approach, incorporating aspects of psychodynamic, interpersonal and cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as somatic and attachment based therapy. I always tailor my treatment to the person in front of me and to the isses presented.I work with individual adults as well as couples, and have been a community provider for Stanford Student Health for over 20 years, in addition to my private practice. Thus I have experiences working with a wide age range and demographics.
I am very active in session and I rely on a collaborative approach where you are the expert on you, and we work together to resolve any internal blocks you may have keeping you from reaching your …goals.
