No covid help I was out of state when i got covid. It was Sunday I called the office right away. I also left a portal message. Monday i called the office and left another message and another portal message. I finally spoke to an office person who confirmed Fosah had gotten my messages and would review and call me back. No one did. I told them how sick i was. I left several messages over four weekdays begging for Paxlovid. No one ever called me back. I filed a complaint. My insurance company left them a message today concerning this. So NOW a year later his office calls me to clarify. Whats more i cannot find another PCP in my network because they know him and that creates a conflict of interest. What ever happened to patient rights?

The women at the front desk was very rude and never once smiled. The doctor did not take the time to listen to me nor seemed very interested in what I had to say. I never got called back with my abnormal lab results that could have been serious if I did not insist on calling for the results myself. Over all very poor care
