Dr. Henry Joseph Kanarek, MD

Dr. Kanarek has many years of experience but you can tell he stays current with the latest options being developed in his field. He is genuinely happy to provide what you need to improve your health. It is comforting to know he is available any time you need him outside regular office hours.

He did infusions for 6 months then said he was losing money on me. Also had ihim billing insurance for medication I didn’t use. Wouldn’t recommend

If you can afford a lot of out of pocket expenses.. hes your guy. A lot of billing issues and lack of patient accurate diagnosis

A new patient, I have put my trust in Dr. Kanarek and the accurate diagnosis he made on my first visit. His professional and individual attention is remarkable. He listens, clarifies answers, and involves the patient - with an enthusiasm that is catching. Dr. Kanarek exemplifies what all medical doctors should aspire to be. A friendly and helpful staff is an added bonus - also a reflection of Dr. Kanarek.

My whole family sees Dr. Kanarek, he is wonderful & has diagnosed/resolved medical issues that no other doctor could identify that we'd visited. He has a wonderful bedside manner, very thorough, & never rushes us. I highly recommend him for not only allergies, but other medical issues. He's treated me for unexplained hives (diagnosed as urticaria), my husband's dry eyes that was previously diagnosed by other dr's to be eczema (but wasn't!), & my daughter's PANDAS (autoimmune disorder). He is wonderful!

I have been going to Dr. K for a long time and he is a very kind and helpful doctor. He even returns phone calls which is rare for doctors to do and answers the phone when he can. He is truly kind and I like that and he is a people person. I have noticed that I can approach him with my allergy issues and the staff knows what they are doing, he is very professional. It is great to know I can approach him with allergy issues easily. I have done immunotheraphy under him and I am responding well.

Dr. Kanarek is amazing. He has helped our daughter so much. SHe was on truck loads of medicine and now only a little. There are a couple of nurses that aren't the friendliest but Dr. Kanarak is one of the kindest and smartest doctors I have ever met.

My daughter has had a cough since she was 3 and is now 6 1/2 along with sinus infections every three months or more often. Her regular doctor referred her to Dr. Kanarek after she had been on an antibiotic for a month and a half and still had a sinus infection. Dr. Kanarek ran lots of tests, a CT of her sinuses, which confirmed sinus infection, Asthma and allergy testing, and immunology testing. He found out that she did not have allergies at all, she had been on allergy medicine since she was 3. He did discover that her strep pneumonia levels were low and gave her a pneumonia shot and three days later her cough that she has had for 3 1/2 years was gone. He asked me to please be patient with him and he would figure out what was causing her cough and he did. It took about a month and a half, but I could not be happier!

He's very friendly and I feel better then I have after seeing any other allergists. I'm also saving money on my treatment. Highly recommended.
