I actually had 2 surgeries, and Dr. Russell was willing to work with another surgeon so that I would only have one anesthesia and one hospital stay and one recovery period. Dr. Russel and his nurse and office staff were great. Dr. Russell is very kind and professional.

I was more than impressed with the personal attention both my husband (the patient) and I received from Dr. Russell. He was very thorough with his initial diagnosis at the emergency room where my husband was admitted. He spoke with my husband and took the time to discuss the options available with me. After my husband was released, he provided him with a detailed listing of what steps he was to follow and the necessary medications he would need to take. After his follow up visit, and scheduled CT scan, Dr. Russell contacted my husband with the results and his assessment of his current condition. He had reviewed the images with another surgeon and communicated their findings in a very clear, easy to understand manner. When I contacted the doctor's office about my husband's lack of energy and aparent fatigue, Dr. Russell personally called me back the same day and put my concerns to rest!
