The office staff were efficient and courteous. Dr. Tan took great care in asking a number of questions to try and understand my health concern and patiently answered all my questions. Dr Tan Found that all I needed was a daily dose of Magnesium, saving me having to get a pace maker or other invasive procedures.

The physician was extremely late, completely unprepared, and knew nothing about my case prior to the appointment. He asked me very few questions and repeatedly spoke over me when I tried to answer any of them. I was highly disappointed with this visit. It was a complete waste of time that could have been spent with a doctor willing to take an appropriate amount of initiative. I’m not setting the bar high by expecting a doctor of this specialty to take the time to glance at the case before walking in the door or listen to patients instead of repeatedly interrupting them.
