Dr. Heo-Jeng Ooi, MD

Dr. Ooi deserves more than 5 stars. He is absolutely, and by far, the best physician I have ever been to. He is incredibly attentive to his patients and he truly takee time to dig into the underlying cause of an issue. His office staff is also very friendly. You will wait a long time if you come to this office, but it will be worth it. The reason you're waiting a long time is because Dr. Ooi puts a lot of time and effort into seeing and caring for every patient. If you want an outstanding physician, you might have to wait longer, but such is the case for anything good in life! If you have any eye issue that hasn't been solved yet, come here. You will get closer to a solution than probably anywhere else. Again, I could not more highly recommend Dr. Ooi.

It was eye exam in this office and I am planning to return. All of the staff wore masks and the premises were extremely clean . The eye exam was very detailed and the doctor explained everything in a way that I could understand. I felt very welcome and will definitely return.

lack of communication and education led to unnecessary over testing, inappropriate referrals and exorbitant out of pocket expenses at my end.
