Dr. Herbert Aaron Eradat, MD

We went to Dr. Eradat because he was supposed to be a super doctor on lymphoma. The first visit was professional, patient, and he planned the next step of bone marrow biopsy. The biopsy result confirmed the diagnosis, and his advice was to take the wait and watch strategy since there were no symptoms. However, after 3 months, he wanted to start the treatment, even though there were still no symptoms. He argued that he wanted to take a trial-and-error methodology, and this would also ease patient’s anxiety. Interestingly a few days later the blood work came in and the abnormal value was doubled into a super-critical range. We were suspecting that something went wrong with measurement or recording (which turned out to be true). The thing is that neither the doctor nor his assistant contacted us, showing no concern at all. Under these circumstances of inconsistency in treatment plan and negligence of patient well-being, we lost trust in Dr. Eradat, unfortunately.

He’s the most excellent dr I’ve ever had. I live in Las Vegas. I have had lymphoma, and have been treated in Las Vegas and Colorado. I have met many oncologists, but no one like him. He is the best. In the first visit, he answered all of my questions and explained everything to me so that I could understand what had been happening. He arranged my bone marrow transplant. Three years after transplant now, I’m doing great. I was blessed to have found him.

Courteous, professional, cares, listens, explains, he and his assistants are tops. Glad I'm under his care for a difficult lymphoma.

I have a very rare lymphoma called Waldenstrm. Dr. Eradat has been taking care of me for 10 years. I have seen many doctors but no one like him. He really knows his stuff and really cares for his patients. He is one of the mose compassionate doctors I have ever had.

At first consult & follow up appoinment, he seemed cold to us & we didn't care for him. So my daughter, his patient got upset at the appointment & we told him. Since then he's warmed us to us, he's very informative with our questions/concerns, he's tells you every step he's doing while performing a bone marrow biopsy & seems genuinely concerned,attentive to the patient. My daughter likes him. He does spend alot of time with his patients & you do wait a while for your appointment but we are very satisfied with Dr. Eradat.

He is an ignorant and self centered doctor who does not care about patients' safety and well being. His knowledge is very limited and he is so arrogant that he does not want to consult more senior doctors to make the right decision. He does not have a sense of urgency and does return calls. We lost our loved one because of his stupidity and ignorance. Please be careful and do not allow him to treat your loved ones before getting other opinions. who knows how he got his medical degree and we are so disappointed that UCLA did not screen this doctor before hiring him. Very sad.

Dr. Eradat is an amazing doctor. He is extremely knowledgeble, compassionate and proffessional. He really treated my father as he would his own family, and for that we are so greateful to him!
