Dr Carter is the worst!! Every time i call him, he never answers. I contacted him on several occasions to fill out FMLA paperwork. Dr. Carter never spoke with me or contacted me. This went on for over 2 months, then finally he sign the papers. but it was too late. He doesnt care about his patients or their family. He operates on his on time. Will never refer a soul or dog to him!!!
