I had a horrible experience being under Stollers care or lack there of.

Seems nice and professional at first, but makes patients come in for every little thing so he can charge a co-pay. Wanted medical records faxed to a new facility and after request was submitted and many phone calls I was finally told when I called to see why they hadn't been faxed that there is a $20 fee, plus .50 per page and tax. Nowhere was this stated! Poor business practice!!

Having been a patient of Dr Stollers for years it is time for me to make a change. When I pointed out an error the staff had made about a prescription and the staff not willing to admit their mistake, I was told by an office staff member that "she" no longer wanted me as a patient. This is the second time they have messed up. That's enough.

I went to Dr Stoller to get a cyst removed from my shoulder. I had my ID and insurance ready as asked. The office folks did what they needed to do. I waited a short time and went in to get looked at. Dr came in saw it and then sent me to another room to get it out. Procedure took maybe 10 minutes and was pretty much painless. He answered any questions I had. I thanked him and shook his hand. What else can u ask for.

Walked in and NO ONE was wearing masks! This is COVID season - this is a Dr.’s office - that was the beginning! The office staff is horrible rude - not friendly and never a please or thank you - just demanding. The Dr. ws brief, told us to watch a mole - which used to be clear and is now BLACK! Received a billing less than 30 days later - with INTEREST CHARGES on it! I called to discuss this, they said “hello” and I explained the issue. I was passed on to the rudest & the most unprofessional woman, who said my husband signed a form that said they could charge interest charges. This was assessed in less than 30 days - and they would not remove it. This is COVID time, what Dr. charges interest charges on a bill that’s less than 30 days old? Dr. Stroller does. I’ve never even endured such rudeness from a Dr.’s office. I believe Pathetic is the best word to use for this office. I wonder if they are bothering to wear masks as a protection to their patients now?

Coward doctor and staff like to send nasty letters to your house. Very unprofessional environment.

The reviews here are bad! Treating people poorly and sending out letters to patients that are rude and obnoxious tells the type of person/doc you are. Good luck with your practice. I’m gonna go elsewhere!

Dr. Stoller has office in Omaha and Columbus so very convenient for many people. I have been very happy with treatments from him.

Brought our daughter here and walked in and walked out within 2 minutes. Horrible experience. Didn't care about us as patients. Please do not come here!
