Does not like you to ask questions against her and doesn't read your health history.

just now Dr. Kang refuses to take emergency calls for additional symptoms and concerns on recently diagnosed conditions! I called during normal business hours 48 hours ago and have yet to receive a call back! I asked for a script refill on a med I have used in the past to treat a very similar set of symptoms and she refuses to take my call and actually had her emergency service refuse the call which working in the pharmacy industry I can say is illegal! If she can’t speak to me someone else is to receive my call and address my concerns with medical advise. She is quick to give you a hand out full of her expectations from you but can’t even do her basic job as a Doctor and provide care for her patients!

Dr. Kang not only cares for the health of her patients but truly cares about their well being and takes time to talk with them and asks her patients questions to get to know them better. She's a very warm person and extremely kind, as well as being an excellent Doctor.

She is very efficient , thorough and scientific in her diagnosis. If you are looking for hand-holding from your doctor, she is not the one for you. But, if you want experienced, knowledgeable and competent medical diagnosis, treatment and care, she is perfect.

Does not listen - poor bedside manner(rude)

Then Dr Kang is for you. Because she does not like to practice medicine. In fact she loves to refer you out.. for any reason. I seen her one time as a new patient appt and that was a waste. There is a reason you can get in to see her quickly, because no one uses her. I relocated to the area. I always set up new patient appts to interview the dr and see if it is a good fit. I seen Dr Kang, I told her that I was fixing to be out of my Lexapro and Xanex and my old Dr could not refill due to me not being able to come in for appt. Dr Kang told me that she does not write RX for Xanex or Lexapro. Really? Lexapro? Lexapro is thrown around like candy by doctors now adays like amoxicillin for a cold. But she said that she never will write an RX for it. She said that I will have to see psychiatric to get it, for both RX. No crap, but it takes at least 3 months to get in as new patient. I advised her of this. Oh well you will have to wait. The whole appt took 10 minutes. So, inconclusion if you… have HMO and need referrals than you should see Dr Kang because referrals her speciality.

This doctor will just "pass you on" to the next person. I have seen her several times for different reasons and she has yet to actually "work" on me. I am given the name of another Doctor, told to lose a little weight, and sent on my way.

Referrals should be listed as her area of specialty. Even the most basic of things treated by past primary doctors will get another doctor referral. Blood Pressure meds that have been used by 2 of my past doctors to keep my BP down (working just fine) now gets a referral to a specialist. Pulled a muscle in my lower back, done it in the past and always just seen my doctor, but with her here is a referral to see another doctor. This last visit was my last just a normal visit basic check up and walked out of her office with my new record of 5 referrals to other doctors. I donâ??t think she even heard a thing I said just right away tells me the doctor she would like to have me go see about that. Got better care and understanding from the immediate care doctor next door!

This Doctor is afraid to practice medicine she will send you to a specialist for everything, will not talk with you she talks down to you, does not listen and is very rude (on several of my visits)
