negligent doctor who ignored my concerns after surgery

My daughter has seen Dr. Copp for the last six or seven years due to a kidney issue. From the first time we met her, Dr. Copp has been an extraordinary doctor, always taking time to explain and answer all of our questions as well as having performed several very difficult surgeries. She is humble and always willing to collaborate with other doctors, bring in other specialists, and take our cares and considerations into account.

You cannot go wrong with Dr. Copp. Her extreme level of competence may only be surpassed by her outstanding bedside manner and true care for her patients. As a fellow physician, I would without hesitation trust her with my child's care.

I rarely leave a bad review. Our one month baby has an issue. This Doctor ordered tests unnecessarily without carefully looking at the existing results. Wasted time unnecessarily and eventually baby became sick while trying to get hold of this doctor that cost us lot of $$ and 3 day emergency stay. Not to mention unnecessary pain to our little baby. Retrospectively, any smart doctor would have avoided this with preventive measure based on the signs. The nurse on phone was very rude. Never replied to our numerous calls. Do not understand the purpose of tests if you do not follow up especially if results are not normal. It took more than two weeks to get hold of the nurse who was going to get back to us "as per her convenience". That never happened. Lab results were sent a day after visit. I would not recommend to trust these people to respond and find problems in timely manner. I regret that I wasted time which could have prevented all the sufferings that our one month baby went… through. Wasted my time and money for nothing.
