Talks down to patients.

Compared to every other doctor my daughter have seen she was the most helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately there aren’t any other good pediatricians left in the area.

Actually am relieved that Dr. Frost will no longer be on call at our local hospital. We are a small community and only have one doctor on call at a time. When Dr. Holly Frost is that doctor I recommend families drive to neighboring community. She is very disrespectful of walk in patients.

Dr, Frost became visibly upset when I asked her to explain test further. As previous reviewers stated she has poor bedside manner and likes to believe her thoughts/diagnosis are correct and superior. Once questioned patient care takes a back seat to her ego

My daughter saw Dr. Frost for her checkups for the first year. Each time I left her office feeling as though I was foolish and ignorant even through I am an educated professional. I have already been through infant stages with my first child and she is healthy and happy, so being a parent is not new to me. I feel for those first time parents who meet Dr. Holly Frost. I have now chosen a new pediatrician who I am much happier with.

We arrived at a medical appointment to support our children and our grandchild. Dr. Frost refused to share medical information with us even after our adult children asked her to go over medical diagnosis again with us present. Our adult children were upset and crying do to diagnosis. She left the room and refused to share medical findings. Hurts families.

Dr. Frost appeared to be bothered by having to see our family. Our child was not her regular patient and she let us know that. We are employed in a neighboring town that is made up of a minority population. We are not of that population but believe she thought we may have been. She kept telling us she knew us in a judgemental way. Not sure what she was getting at and we definitely had never met her. She refused to go over test results and x-rays we asked to have reviewed. Insisted on ordering further test even when we did not understand the results of initial tests. Also refused to contact our regular pediatrician and get current health history. We believe her choices could actually harm a patient. Be very careful if you need to use her do to the shortage of pediatricians in the local area.

Felt pressured to get vaccinations that weren't necessary. My daughter had been seeing another provider who's no longer available, so we were looking for a replacement. Wasn't very friendly with my daughter or me. Tried to push other specialists when I had some general questions.
