The Staff, Nurses (One with Spice), and Dr. Hong and Crew were The Best. Couldn't ask for better treatment and understanding. Great Work Thank You All.

Although the 'preparation' for this procedure is not at all pleasant, all went well. Dr Shen came in and explained all to me, and mentioned I should have another in 5 years, as a polyp was found. Nurses, aides, entire staff were professional, pleasant and made the experience OK.

Dr. Shen was a lovely, pleasant, and knowledgeable doctor. Remarkably good humored for the early hour and the situation, which was very nice. He was prompt with my results & the review of same. He exhibits all that I have come to expect from the Oregon Clinic, which is first rate, highly efficient, friendly healthcare.

I wish coding could be developed to coincide with that of my insurance company. Even though it has been three years since my last one I was told it was not preventative. Dr. Hong kind of agreed with me but it still cost me close to $750. For a "totally covered" (if preventative) procedure. I know it is considered an existing condition but I get an annual physical, it is considered preventative and covered in full.
