Dr.s at Brigham could learn a lot from their PA's

Zero bedside manner. Came into the room with a palpable attitude. Gave the impression she was being bothered by having to look at my ultrasound and actually gave me the most abrupt exam. I left with the feeling that I would have agreed with her report if she had actually spent more than 15 seconds looking at my neck. Now I'm left with the feeling that maybe the tech was right and there was an issue to be further investigated.
