She is intelligent and well regarded in the Oncology community and at Duke. Data driven, evidence based and engages the patient in collaborative medical decision making. Compassionate, competent, patient and empathetic! Oncology patients yearn for these attributes in their physician and care team. Dr. Uronis and her team are excellent care providers. Highly recommend her!

My rectal cancer spread twice putting me into stage 4, where my prognosis became a 10-15% chance of survival beyond 5 years. Thanks to Dr. Uronis, my cancer has been in remission for over 4 years. I literally owe my life to Dr. Uronis.

After receiving substandard cancer care at a local NCI designated hospital,I sought care at Duke University Cancer Center. I have only excellent feedback regarding my follow up care with Dr. Uronis and the Duke Cancer Center. I believe I'm at the right place for current follow-up and future care if necessary. I travel across the country in order to have my care from Dr. Uronis...and I'm likely to do this for the duration of my 5-year follow-up. Highly recommend Dr. Uronis and the Duke University Cancer Center.

I am grateful that I got my mom to her. We have a long fight ahead of us and Dr. Uronis is leading a full fight with us in our Cancer battle.She is a blessing.
