Dr. Howard Mitchell Likier, MD

This is a thank you to Dr. H. Lieker who has been my Gastro Physician for over 12 years. Through this time he has done a series of procedures and solved my problems. Thoroughly explaining, answering questions and addressing my concerns. Dr. Lieker has always been very professional and has a delightful dry sense of humor. Additionally his office staff is extremely accommodating, polite and returns calls timely.

Dr. Likier is competent and very professional. His staff is courteous and helpful. I have confidence in him as my doctor and find access to his practice to be easy and reasonable. He is timely in his appointments including procedures and follows up to allow me to ask my questions which he takes his time answering.

Dr Likier was not professional nor does he show he cares to truly help his patients get better. The office staff is rude as well. Go elsewhere.

Dr Likier makes going to the doctor a pleasure, His expertise and patience with explain current science with what is on the forefront is second to none. He's always pleasant and professional.

Mr. Likier (he doesn't deserve the title "Doctor") is condescending, rude, rushes through appointments, and refuses to listen to a patient regarding symptoms. He makes ridiculous jokes (many of which were completely out of line. Let's just say he's lucky my husband didn't come into the room with me) almost non stop, when he should be serious about his patients and their diagnosis. An embarrassment to the medical community.

Dr likier is very knowledgeable and very smart. I have gone to him for a very serious issue and he has been very accurate at diagnosing my problem and his treatment was extremely effectively. I have a cousin who goes to him for a very different issue and she also is extremely satisfied with him as a doctor. His jokes may not always be stand up material however I want a Dr who can accuratley diagnosis and treat me not a comedian.

Dr Likier is a caring and dedicated doctor. When my mother was sick it was hard to diagnose her problem, he tried several things and had no problem consulting his mentor as well as other doctors to finally come up with the solution. Moms problem was not an easy diagnosis but Dr Likier did not give up. His determination was very appreciated

You dont take time to listen to your patients..and the constant jokes are irritating when someone doesnt feel well

I have seen Dr. Likier approximately five times in the last four years. I have a simple diagnosis that he treats as common and prescribes PLENTY of medications for. I am not happy with his bed side manor. I was not asked to sit down and was treated as though I had a simple common cold. I respect his opinion and trust his diagnosis however, I will be changing physicians as soon as possible.
